6201 Deep groove ball bearing PACKING AND MARKS:
1.High carbon chrome bearing steel(GCr15)is the standard material for bearing rings and

steel balls,also stainless steel will be used upon request.

2.Packed into one plastic tube or wrapped up rustproof paper then packed into carton,single

package is also available,that is,each set bearing is contained into small spastic bag and

packed into little paper box,Special requirement in packing should be pointed out in the

contract.

3.the radial clearance can be divided into fiveGroups:C0,C2,C3,C4,C5

4.Precision:P0,P6

1.Cages adopt H62 Brass sheet & 08F cold rolling steel belt,
In cases of corrosive Environment,misalignment or high speed operation,stainless

steel,nylons or phenolic resins will be used upon request.

2.The shield is main material is SPCC,while stainless can be used upon request,Buna Nitrile

is standard sealing material we use,fluorocarbon,Teflon and silicone seals are commonly

specifies for high temperatures.

3.The vibration and noise of The bearing can be divided into two ways,according to the

acceleration level,it is to be divided into Z1,Z2,Z3 and Z4,if measured by speed grade,it

can be classified asV1,V2,V3 and V4.different vibration and noise requirement should be

mentioned in order,please.
4. Grease:different types of greases can be used for shield & sesled bearings for different

use.
