The 24140-2CS5/SPECIAL bearing is a Sealed spherical roller bearings with an inner diameter of 200 mm , an outer diameter of 340 mm, a width of 140 mm. GCr15SiMn rings, GCr15SiMn rolling mlement. It uses Normal standard radial clearance, 2CS5 = Contact seal, HNBR, on both sides type, together determine its load-bearing capacity, rotational accuracy, and applicable working conditions.

The 24140-2CS5/SPECIAL Double-row spherical roller bearings mainly consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, two rows of spherical rollers, a cage, and seals. The outer ring raceway has a spherical structure, while the inner ring has a double-row raceway. The rollers and raceways are logarithmically curved. The cage is typically made of stamped steel or machined brass.
Double-row spherical roller bearings possess excellent self-aligning properties, compensating for shaft deflection, installation errors, and misalignment. They can simultaneously withstand radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, exhibiting extremely high load-bearing capacity and strong impact resistance.
